Kannan Devan Tea Bungalows are a set of plantation bungalows (owned by Tata Tea and managed by CGH Earth Experience) located in Munnar (Kerala, India).

Munnar is a hill station in eastern Kerala (5500-6000 ft asl), bordering the state of Tamil Nadu. There are in fact three rivers - Madupetti, Nallathanni and Periavaru which flow through this town.
