Method:

Put the milk on a pan and let it boil for a few minutes. Stir continuously over a low flame till the milk becomes thick. Add sugar to the milk and stir constantly until the sugar melts. When the entire content is ready, add rice and stir at intervals. Let it boil for few minutes. When the rice is cooked, garnish it with chopped cashew nuts, cardamoms and raisins. Serve it hot.
