A serene and inspiring backdrop for meetings, conferences and receptions, the hotel offers two well equipped rooms with a capacity of 50 to 150 delegates each. Attached lawns are ideal for coffee breaks, informal meetings and banquets. Conference coordinators provide for every requirement, allowing delegates to focus on work. Management games, pre and post convention tours and theme dinners are organized on request. The Meadows has hosted events and conferences for some of India's largest companies & multinationals.

The Meadows provides outdoor catering services to corporate guests and leisure groups who wish to avail of these services on 48 hours prior notice.

The Hotel has two well equipped conference / banquet halls accommodating up to 150 and 50 delegates each.  Extensive lawns are the venue for large banquets and can accommodate upto 2000 people.

Both halls are column (pillars) free to facilitate all kinds of seating and display arrangements. Adequate adjacent space is provided for pre-registration. Attached lawns are ideal for coffee breaks, informal group meetings and banquets.

Wi-fi services for high speed internet access, secretarial services, travel desk, fax and copy machines, foreign language interpreters on call, money exchange facilities, are also available.

Equipment: OHP & screen, PA system with collar & pedestal mikes, tv & video, whiteboard, flipboard, etc are always available. Computers, slide projectors, etc are provided on prior notice.

Exclusivity: The 2 conference halls are independent buildings, spaced out to facilitate concurrent services and dispersal at different times without disturbance.

Cuisine: The Hotel offers menus ranging from the simple to the spectacular, with appealing cuisine variations. Round the clock room service supports executives through late meetings and trying deadlines.

The hotel also has adventure sports like Paragliding, parasailing are available with other  team building activities.

Special Pre and Post conference tours around Aurangabad are also arranged.
