• Empower has a full army style Dynamic Obstacle Course where a variety of activities can be undertaken by in-house trainers. Empower has developed a large number of routines/activities that can be tailored to meet various training objectives. In addition to that the large open areas provide space for outdoor games and other activities like camp-fire.
