Aspects of Shiva - Bhasmeshvar
After teaching the essence of Yoga, Shiva renounced the world. He detached himself from everything, even his body. Shiva walked out of society with a strip of tiger skin wrapped around his loins. He wandered in cremation grounds amidst the burning pyres. Smearing his body with ash, bhasma, he became Bhasmeshvar, the lord of ash.
